Proactivity is important to me \u2013 I approach people instead of waiting for them to come to me.    <\/p><p>Authenticity and a clear understanding of values characterize my leadership behavior; I lead by example, setting boundaries consistently where necessary. Flexibility in my leadership style allows me to act persistently and demanding to achieve goals without appearing authoritarian.
