“I am a person of calm, objectivity and authenticity.”
Unexcited, objective and authentic, that’s how I can be described. I am a rock in the surf, who keeps the overview, I am storm-tested and experienced, someone who sorts, structures and processes topics and tasks in a calm and consistent manner.
Hectic and chaos give way to stability, I set the direction, take over the control and set things in motion in a controlled manner. At the same time, I am a coach, confidant and consultant, someone who leads by example, goes ahead, motivates and encourages others.
A certain curiosity distinguishes me. I question how developments have come about. This is how I get a picture to understand connections and the big picture. I grasp quickly, analyze and develop solutions, procedures and a plan. I take up the suggestions of others and involve them. I enjoy working with the people in the company.
I like technology, mechatronic systems and understand finances. I am a child of mechanical and plant engineering and understand complex technical issues.
I have proven all this several times in 30 years of my professional development.
